SBMU is holding a one-day symposium on “Sepsis” Dec 9, 2014

Public Relations of Shahid Beheshti Medical University: SBMU Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine Research Center in collaboration with Disease Management Center of the Health Ministry and SBMU Vice-Chancellor in Health Affairs  are going to hold a one-day symposium on sepsis in Avicenna Conference Hall of the School of Medicine on Dec 9, 2014.

Dr.Davoud Yadegar nia, Director of Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine Research Center and Scientific Director of the symposium, explained that sepsis is a systemic response of the body consisting of a range of signs which need early intervention in order to prevent its progression towards septic shock and its harmful consequences in the body.

It is notable that participants will receive 4.75 CME credits, and registration is free of charge. Participants are required to do primary registration on CME site, www.ircme.ir,as a prerequisite to attend the symposium.
